This is a nation wide issue but just want to make sure you realize.

I looked it up and saw it too, but then realized that they were referring to Titan Trust Bank. 

My goals include cash flow and appreciation and I realized there were other properties that better align with what I am trying to accomplish.

I realize that the competition is one step, if not multiple steps ahead of me, and that is okay because I know that I can reach people who will say yes to me.

EDIT: Just realized I read that wrong and thought the poster was the seller. 5% rate and 5% down is a sweet deal, take that if you can get it!

For us we knew this and knocked down our home to build new, unfortunately for one of the "flippers" up the street, they did not realize this and cost them a pretty penny...
