I just posted the symptoms on a real estate thread, to get opinions from different people as to whether I had a heart attack or not.  

I think that may be more a symptom of the local MLS feed to realtor.com.

These things are symptoms that could potentially do you greater harm.

the other malady's are usually symptom's of buying in C class or lower areas.  

Other annoying symptoms of a "not ready for prime time" investor is they want to tell you how to do your end of things, they get excited about what color the house will be painted and not the balance sheet....list goes on.

Myself, I don't drive much at all anymore (vision problems due to fibromyalgia; never know when the blurry, fog-headed symptoms are going to hit), but in an emergency, I know I can handle this vehicle.We also have an 01 Dodge 1500 truck for hauling wood and mulch and towing things that are too heavy for the Mercury.  

This shouldn't stop.Analysis-paralysis on the other hand if a deadly disease...symptoms include reading every book out there and watching real estate videos every day.
