I'm similarly surprised to find that their written OneRate plan management agreement states: "For both Evictions and Other Suits, Owner shall be exclusively responsible for all attorney’s fees, vendor, service provider, expert, and court costs."

And legal action is clearly agreed as one that will be at tenants charge, so all those lovely legal fee's and court costs, the attorneys add that along with attorney fee's to the amount in suit against tenant. 

Hey Su -It's not true that prepayment penalties aren't allowed in Ohio in ALL instances - this varies based on lender and/or loan amount.

I agree, something to 'set apart' seems to be the name of the occupancy game aside from location & views...that "Instagram Moment" - theme/mural/badass outdoor space/something outside of the box/really cool game room...just some ideas. 

I am very worried many of those loans will be sold at low values.As others have pointed out, communication is not their strong suit and neither apparently is transparency.

This is a great example of how some people are too inexperienced or ill-suited for managing their own rentals.

Also mother in law suites and private bath are not as available.
