Either hire someone to spray or go and spray the areas yourself. 

Yes I hosed out the house , sprayed the ceiling , walls , everything and just kept sweeping the brown water out the door . 

The contractor that we've been working for month has had AC coil replaced to a new one as well as organic chemicals sprayed into the system, the procedure was performed three times and helped for a short period of time.The issue that is being described here is also known as "dirty sock syndrome". 99% of the time it's getting solved with coil replacement.

I don't think Formosan are included in either, but I just spray fiprinol in my attics every year.

Fix the source of the water issue and then get some bleach/water mixture and spray all the mold and mildew down to kill it off.

There do appear to be stains on the rubber gasket which you can see in the other thread I posted, and even a special spray I bought that works for most people didn't work for me.
