I have found a lot of guests really like their sports so don’t skimp on the channel lineup if you decide to go the streaming route.

If you don't want to do that  pay the project manager appropriately as J Scott talks of that.People who skimp on project management because they want to brrr have a tough couple first few years until the deffered maintenance stabilizes. 

We see a lot of folks in this space throw together a P&L and skimp on the other statements which is the WRONG plan and causes long term problems. 

I hope you have thought through all of the possible downfalls of the situation. don't skimp on the attorney.

It then just appears like you skimped / cut corners.

Your agent should and lender should give you that information but don’t skimp out.

It may be slightly more expensive, but you don't want to skimp on this.Good luck!

Don't skimp on coverage...we got level 1 coverage from one carrier but level 3 (I'm not sure if I'm using the terms exactly right) has water damage coverage (important!!)

Develop a relationship with a good HVAC/plumber, and don't skimp on it.
