Property manager recommendations

Wondering what property management companies you would recommend for Chicago Ukrainian Village/Lincoln park small properties?  Have 3 properties, 10 units.  Properties are in decent shape, but have had one tenant evicted which is the first time in 20 years of having the properties that has happened.  Rents seem under market and current mgmt is throwing in a 2 car secured garage for 50 bucks a month.  Would like to find someone who knows the area and the market.  Used to be actively managed by our family, but no longer have any family in the area.

I would highly recommend Mark and GC Realty. You owe it to yourself to at least to talk to him before making any decisions. You won't be sorry!
