It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.  

I have a few e-mail addresses of new Aussie friends and gave the BP site to many.

Our listings appear across so many platforms I would not know which site they stole them from. 

Even with my former partner (who was our 'PM / GC' on site for our projects), it was sometimes tough navigating the process, managing budgets and costs, and keeping everyone in line, including him. 

However, the whole point of making money is to live a better life, which includes caring for family. taking care of our parents is I suspect not even a twinkle of thought to most of the BP members that are on this site and 45 and under..

I agree with @Jonathan Greene that the question is vague, so my advice will have to be as well.The short answer: MTRs are real estate, so just like all real estate, any place that can long-term-rent cash flow with increasing jobs/population can be a suitable site to purchase. 

There have been a few people that have done Sub2’s that come on here bragging about it.. those that do come on here bragging about seem to be  helping someone promote their product/mentoring , have a product or mentoring they are trying to remote directly or indirectly themselves, or simply do not understand the landscape of Bigger Pockets site.

I really do appreciate all the advice on this site and can't wait until I'm the one giving it instead of only asking for it.
