The Fed has everything to do with driving this "upturn" with stuffing the marketplace so full of hot money that the institutions have no choice but to dispose of it as fast as possible -- which then messes up our signals because it looks like permanent prosperity is here.

are dog/cat owners required to have a license/permit in the above cities? how can a presented document be verified? (and is it customary for landlords to verify legitimacy of dog/cat permit documents, or just take the...

@JR Hinds   JR  thanks for letting me know I was making the presentation this Monday at RareBird  we had gotten our signals slightly crossed :) looking forward to it.. good group of guys and a notch up from standard REIA's in my mind.. 

If you're getting mixed signals from them maybe you need a few more quotes?

Content is still the #1 correlation to ranking well... links are #2 and crazy important...No matter what people say, the content on your site is still the #1 factor for SEO... closely followed by the backlink profile (which this topic by itself could be a whole thread)... social signals are having an increased correlation to websites ranking in the top 5 results... and other factors. 

Barely a week later, I meet 'wife's mother (who flew in from the midwest) at door who explained her daughter's boyfriend needs to stop lying to people, that his real situation is they're not yet married and were living in a converted garage and he left the kids home alone while wife was also at work and police were called because one of the kids somehow was found alone wandering the streets and subsequently placed in foster care til she (mother's mother) came to LA area to file for being their legal guardian in the interim.That LA Child Services would not release the kids back to the parents, but agreed to place the kids with a relative if the relative owned or had a lease on an apartment within Los Angeles County, so he found my Signal Hill 2-bedroom apartment (in my 2-family house) for her since they could not use the converted garage as a safe home for daughter's mother to take over the 'lease' on.
