I have spent a couple of sessions drafting my vivid vision and I am seeking some advice  Like many others my main goal is to create enough passive income to do something else other than my W-2 job in three years. 

It passed unanimously.Then the House Ways and Means committee I believe sent their first draft out and it too had no changes to either the step up in basis or 1031.So while your money's never safe while congress is in session it's looking pretty positive for real estate investors right now.

But until then I'm trying to catch up to speed with books, pod cast and mentoring sessions to make sure that I have enough of an understanding to be successful in this venture.  

You call the secretary, set the appointment and attend the appropriate session.

It’s also pretty darn sketchy to diagnose something requiring an ESA in one session. 

If she doesn’t grasp it after a couple 30 min sessions, chances are she’s not going to. 

If not, I'll join the next session :)
