@Brandon Hall, I answered a bunch of questions late last night but I did put a disclaimer in my original answer   "Be careful looking at new properties might be considered “investor” activities so even if your looking at new deals while your there make sure you are also conducting other “rental related activities".Just wanted to make sure you young guys know this old guy still has a few moves, when I'm fully awake, and actually reads the question!

Once they were out and I was awake, turn it into a toxic post apocalyptic wasteland for bedbugs in the bedroom.If it is a vacant unit, it will actually be more challenging because they can live for up to a year without feeding, and homes/units have an infinite number of nooks and crannies.
