I'm not doing section 8 yet.I've posted only one of my properties on Zillow ones just to see the people's reaction and I had a bunch of section 8 candidates, the highest voucher I see was a lady with $1,150, I had the post for half day because they blow up my phone lol, with that said, I'm not sure if numbers are accurate.now I have a guy that finds me tenants and is working well, he is also my handyman.

I can see the benefit in some cases, but for the majority of investors (especially those who don't even own a property yet or just have a few) the potential benefits of LLC's are 100% oversold by gurus.
