Take pics many videos, then call city code enforcement for inspection.Also, look into your state & local laws about escrowing rent for lack of maintenance and follow the rules EXACTLY.

I am starting to scan platforms like the MLS (given to me by a trickle through a real estate agent), zillow, etc. and crunch numbers.

It's interesting to see AI stepping in to pick the best pic for listings.
