There *may* also be a set of number wheels visible through the clear top of the meter; that number should resemble the ones on your water bill.The skinny red and green wires connected to the meter, that go into a cable, are for the remote-reading device on the meter; if you follow that cable far enough, it will go to a plastic box or puck on the outside of the house somewhere. 

I also in no way see it's current booking calendar resembling anything close to a 63% occupancy rate for the next several months.  

Structurally, I don't think rates are going to come back down to anything that closely resembles 2021, but I am seeing a flattening and modest reduction in rates. 

Stuff like:- Stage your houses- Have buyers use your mortgage broker- Use good contractors who can manage themselves- Etc.In fact, if there's any rehabber who I'd say my business resembles, it's hers.
