Aslo, we have a "Plumbing Policy" that describes what happens if our repair man comes out to clean the drain (whether it's bathroom or sink) and how much they will be charged for that trip.

I also seem to have a problems constantly with the houses, I think I have had the HVAC repair man come out at least 5 to 6 times and just this morning I had a $524 bill for a pipe breaking.
