Is saving the fee a PM charges worth the potential thousands in cost and headaches?

Hey Joanne, you’re definitely onto something with room rentals.. it can be an excellent strategy for offsetting a hefty mortgage and, in some cases, bringing in higher total rent than a single lease.

They know we have rentals and that we are good for the money. 

Maybe charges $100 or less. 

You’ll also want to have them sign a rental agreement that lays out your rules, payment terms, and any liability.

I agree that pricing a rental too high is a classic mistake than can make it sit, but don't you think encouraging landlords to rent quick will make them compromise on the vetting of the tenants?

It's almost like they tack on a few hundred dollars to the order and forget to charge sales tax
