Yet I am still using it because it seems to have the widest reach.I started to look for other sites.First I looked at Realtor.com, and it redirects me to Cozy. 

I tried calling local lawyers but mostly all said they couldn’t help or redirected me somewhere that didn’t help either.

I'm glad Google redirected me to the forums when performing due diligence.

So a lot of Pex & frustration redirecting plumbing lines.We have had to replace many windows, doors & heat trace gutters & lower grade roof slopes.

As far as I know, when the debtor has money owed to her from the state, sometimes that money might be redirected to those who have won small claims cases against her.Personally, I would view the small claims victory more as a punishment against the debtor because it will show up on their background checks and whatnot. 

@Sanjeev Advani, like you mentioned, I think I have benefited from the market  (I went into the property with zero down) and now I can redirect that equity into cashflow multifamily.

New here and didn't find anything with the search bar so please re-direct me if this question is not in the correct place...Recently found a 3BR/1.5 bath SFR with a 2BR/1 bath garage in the backyard. 

That same energy redirected toward activities that interest me would enrich me and mine.

Since then she redirected her animosity directly at me. 

She's probably having her mail redirected if she truly moved out.
