This group was more landlord oriented, but we are in the process of recreating ourselves to become more balanced between landlording and real estate investing in general.

Can the park be improved without triggering new JA regulations requiring more recreational space or larger home lots?

Being a recreational area since the mid 1860sIf your looking for something a little out of the way,  I absolutely love Pillsbury Pines.. up at Lake Pillsbury.. there is a gravel airstrip.. a great lake nestled at the bottom of 7k foot mountains.. eel River.. its a 45 minutes drive out of redwood valley... remote but a gem in CA

But can I create one list of tasks, with each one assigned to different team members, and apply that list of tasks to new projects without having to recreate it every time?

Next year you may decide to use one and then pay more for him to go back and recreate or review your 2013 data instead of just having it set up correctly from the beginning.

Truth is EVERYBODY could use more education in something either being Real Estate, Parks and Recreation, Banks or whatever you choose to be in your heart...

We even offer to have our team create/recreate proper books for them but few take us up on the offer.
