Leverage your existing equity to invest in smaller properties, such as a mixed-use or retail space, to gain experience and cash flow.

There has been a substantial increase in inventory of storage facilities constructed and although generally near full occupancy there are greater options for storage space in most coastal regions.

Throw in that you can dramatically increase the value of the property once you show consistent rent rolls much higher than when the space was used for LTR, and you have a big win. 

I'm sure over time more laws will be created to force the government to give that information in a more timely manner but for now they often obstruct the public by withholding it for a time.

If a company is performing poorly, they should allow to break up for the release.Failure to do these kind of things...results in bad publicity for the company like this post does.Thank you for sharing your experience.

@Grant Shipman Great stuff, I'm a big fan of co-living/rent by room strategy, and I do it here locally in Denver metro, and it is the best strategy in today's market for any house hacker to live for free or make money while living there, but they have to sacrifice personal space.

I keep reading about all the weird financing issues in this space so I wouldn't actually put money in until mid 2025 or later.
