Is STR insurance different from home owner insurance?

Hi Clifford,Are you trying to sell a dollar general location and 1031 into something else or do you mean you are selling a property such as single family, multi family, etc. and want to own a STNL NNN property?

Based on some online searching, it appears that the rate gap between conventional investment property loan and DSCR is pretty narrow at the moment.

I would like to purchase a three or four Plex and live in one of the units.I understand I can use an FHA loan or conventional loan with only 3 to 5% down in order to get into the property however I live in a very expensive area and the properties I am looking at are currently 700+. 

It's possible to buy property in Germany with as little as 5-10% down, making it an attractive option for service members and civilian government employees stationed there or planning to settle.
