We have literally thousands and thousands of jobs being created right now between different developments, new cash heavy businesses that will bring more investors, not to mention all the investors that have been flocking here ever since Covid.

Here, we got a ton in the hood, which there is no real demand for anything to be developed, so these buildings are generally worth very very little.

I had been dealing with them for several months due to the development of plans for a property I own.
