I just don’t want to chase payments or try to foreclose unless I’m getting MUCH more than I can get from a cash buyer. 

People chase cash flow but receive a lot more of a headache factor to (maybe) get it. 

Hopefully people will quit chasing what was a shiny object.Kinda like people buying a stock at its peak only hang onto it too long and lose more money.

I see this most often, when people go shopping on the national websites chasing rates. 

In my area it's a mix of boutique local commercial shops and the big national players. 

@Trenton Pelloquin There are certainly benefits to QBO, including the fact that many in the industry players are using it, which could facilitate delegation of bookkeeping activities and tax preparation. 

@Ryan MarbleOrlando and Tampa are definitely different markets but like most markets, design and amenities tend to be the key players.
