I've published my guide to Killeen-Temple MSA and am working on my DFW one.I'm not sure if there is another good resource that focuses specifically on 2-4 family units (most people are talking about apartments when they say multi-family. 2-4 unit buildings are a different category because you can use conforming owner-occupant financing on such buildings).

You should consult an attorney or CPA for your specific situation.ANONYMITY: When you create the LLC, your name is recorded on the documents and published on the Secretary of State's website for all to see.

There are a lot of scammy youtube gurus that talk about building business credit, but it basically is the same as your personal credit....be organized, don't overleverage, be patient, and pay all your bills on time.In NY to become an LLC, there's a $200 fee and then you have to publish in two newspapers for 6 weeks.
