Is there any way I can negotiate with a builder to see if he/she can demo the portion of the detached garage overlapping into the lot I'm selling (this is just a workshop that was added onto the garage & is hanging in the exact distance I need demo'd to be able to sell this) , while patching up the detached garage properly so it is still usable. 

Phoenix is double the size and triple the population as Tucson (rough numbers), and they are basically the same proximally: only 100 miles between the two, and both cities are growing for overlapping reasons.

There is a gap where financial planning overlaps with real estate investing.

This is especially useful if both spouses work from home and they don't want overlapping background noise, or if you have kids, excess noise, etc.

Their main duty it seems is to generate new and more over-lapping rules that sometimes they don't even understand how to apply.  

What would complement their business and have overlap of customers. 

My process is similar to what @Marc Winter outlined: Typically, I collect the first month's rent at lease signing, not on the first, so even if they're overlapping with an old lease I have the rent.

They may decide to use that extra time, and you can even suggest some overlap in a move is helpful.

Often times, there is a an overlap.

PM's don't usually have any overlap with development.
