That seems extreme to me, but even if is only 10% of that, that's more than our States entire population, the implications are supermassive.

It really comes down to your goals and time commitments.Airbnb margins have been getting tighter and it is extremely time consuming.

Do not offer to pay more rent ever to make the deal happen.
