Everyone knows it, since the city has invested in both river front improvements and it's the closest east side zip to downtown hipster activity (6th Street, etc).Frankly, the whole east side is in transition from what was highly ethnic/lower income in years past to a vibrant, "hot" address for techies, DINKs, singles and those urbanites who want to be near the arts, jobs and "scene" that Austin is famous for.

Adjuster calls in his contractor and nudges you to go with his guy who does extensive breakdown of costs for him (mostly) (he'd only guarantee the work of his contractor); I didn't want to know what that meant.No matter how much supervision you exert at the scene, the bank headquarters 5 states over will cut draws to the contractor based on his version of completion phases even if you requested owner/contractor signatures on the checks.

Went to eat with her....Got home got on Facebook for awhile...I am at my PC right now uploading a video behind the scenes for some students that paid me for a course a year ago... that I came across and believe it will help them...Tommorrow.....I will go to the office for about 20 - 30 mins...And make sure Kristi... has everything in line to do about 20 - 25 or so deals...From May 1 - Aug. 1..I am not against holding...
