Im only charging $700 but I could easily get $1000 maybe $1100 considering what other places are going for and my place is nicer, and is in a quieter neighborhood, and has a yard, etc.

It is pretty low risk from my viewpoint.Then, after you've sold the first property, you could buy another home that needs to be fixed up, live in it as your primary residence, rehab it, and sell it again after living in it for 2 years as your primary residence out of the last 5 years.

The home is a 3/2 in a great neighborhood next to the community pool, park, and playground and located just south of beltway and and I45.We are new to the midterm strategy and trying to figure out what the demand is and the pricing.
