We recently put the house under an LLC but are not sure if the lease should reflect the LLC as the landlord or keep our names.

The water heater and furnace both use gas and she already has the gas bill in her name.

A DST is like owning a property in a partnership, but is technically held in the same name as what the old property was held.  

If you still aren't sure, google the properties listed on the website with the "property name city and acquisition".  

Would I still have to go through closing lawyers and get the deed updated to my name or LLC?
