It will spike, reach a peak then plateau. mild profit throughout the plateau though for those who are dedicated but better profits and more sustainable profits are still in the real world. 

It's a mild fixer, which is what I wanted.

So this house i just bought is now a live-in rehab and I'm mildly house hacking by bringing in a roommate.

Even a mild hurricane would cause severe damage to the many homes with no one in them.

It seems ironinc, to put it mildly, that we are essentially fixing the problem with the same policies that caused it.

I can see the value in 'pop up' extra space for an office or family room or bedroom,  latter case as long as the user doesn't mind running inside to the main house to use the facilities, meanig it would work best with year round mild climate.   

We'll just be coming out of a Wisconsin winter so as long as it's mild we're going to be happy.

He's not talking about doing the detailed cleaning, but rather getting the bulk of the matter off of walls, ceilings, fixtures, furnishings, and perhaps vacuuming the carpet as well.If you choose to do some level of cleaning yourself (prior to demo) then you can simply use mild dish-soap and water.

I really like Irving and Avondale b/c the prices are reasonable and with mildly upgraded units you can really push rents while attracting a very nice professional renter.  

But 6 weeks later I got laid off....I was only 22 and I got laid off....I went into a mild depression.
