I just launched an app that helps real estate investors find homes in their area.

I now constantly see "jammed" on the app when it is locked fine. research says that can happen as battery drains (its at 55%). 

Nobody replies back and the app is hard to navigate.

I would also suggest to use the nextdoor app for every neighborhood where you own property.

You may also want to go over the app docs they obtained and their screening of the 3 evicted tenants.

It does not send alert to app when something pops up.

Ideally something that is on web/app that'll allow me to keep track of different items come tax time. 

This generation has an app for everything including personal relationships so its not a reach for real estate. 

I also plan on creating a phone app this year that further simplifies the sytem.
