There are 4 or 5 BIG players buying up Ma and Pa campgrounds and doing major upgrades and charging premium prices . 

Here's what I am doing becasue I am GROSSLY undercharging in MA (Beverly).

Hi Lien ,I get the new construction vs renovating 50% , etc , I just don’t see anywhere in the Massachusetts building code that states a 3 family has to be sprinklered , even though everyone seems to say it does . 

I own 130+ units the Central MA/ Charlotte markets and would love to assist young investors looking to get into their first deal or scale their portfolio
