Building codes can be looked up--assessing the rate in which certain municipalities will add layers of difficulty to get things permitted are another.B) I was curious to see how people felt about big renos--but for me, the big reno would be for a personal family home and so as much as it hurts my wallet, in the more immediate future it's for family bliss.

If you were to look at a screen shot of one of my models, it wouldn't be clear what's occurring (partly because there are hidden layers with unseen variables and calculations that aren't visible on the top layer).

They read from a script every one of the callers reads the same script.. and then they will send the info to their acquisitions manager so usually on these calls your 2 to 3 layers removed from the owner..
