One benefit to having a property manager is that you are a bit more shielded from a lawsuit, particularly for negligence or gross negligence, since you are paying another party to look after your property.

The photos that you have look good to me, but there's always room for improvement I suppose and if "the photos don't do this place justice", is the feedback that you're getting, then perhaps you can find a way for the photos to better represent the attributes of the property.
