I agree with much of what you're saying, but the death rate is already past an average seasonal flu 33,700 (avg over last 10 years from CDC data) and past the highest year for flu in the past 10 years ( 2017/18,  61,000 deaths) , and more in line with pandemic flu (although it probably will not hit Spanish Flu levels). 

About a month ago there was a trending BP article titled "Dave Ramsey looks like a genius right now" which I found to be especially irritating.

Mostly, this was not an issue except it irritated me that he couldn't be available for people to do the work consistently.

So here we are 60 days ago OH there is a bad flu bug in China to shoot 2 mil are going to die in the US and the whole economy is on lock down at least a good portion of many industries..

The tenant once admitted he has OCD so he wants to keep everything clean,I feel they are perfect tenants to have to navigate this pandemic.I am somewhat reluctant to vett new tenants now due to the corona virus, besides not everyone is on the same page about Corona safety protocols.I prefer to err on the safety side since we are not dealing with just another flu virus so I have this fear of unknown.Appreciate if anyone here can provide any suggestions or if they have been in a similar situation.
