I see that you guys injected extra capital to move this project alone.  

The buyer has no recourse against the Mortgagee for any funds lost either in purchase of the property from the prior Owner/Borrower nor any capital injected into the property.  

Dallas is a hot market and with Texas having the fastest lethal injection for foreclosures, expect to pay a premium.  

If he does not need a large lump sum of cash injection, perhaps a deal can be made through owner carried and sub2.

You in essence gave the corporation an injection of money for operations.

While there is no issue of a deficiency judgment with seller financed installment contracts, if that note is sold for cash, that cash injection could make the note take on a different flavor.
