I am a newbie and really would like some information about "Notes." I'm not trying to get rich. I understand that I will need to put in work. I just want to know how to get started. I need to know the rules/ laws without someone charging a lot of money for the information. I'm quit serious about this and would really appreciate any knowledge you can share. Thanks!
