Ask if there has been a recent bedbug infestation (treatments don't always work).

The house is somewhat more likely to sell at auction now, since by auction time it will be a good-looking,  income-producing rental asset with stable tenants rather than an vermin-infested trash heap occupied by unstable addicts.

If they notified you of the problem 3 days after moving in, then obviously the unit was rat infested at the time that you rented it to them.If I were you, I wouldn't have told them to go approach the HOA and get them to take care of it. 

I'm not really doing any facebook marketing anymore because it is infested with fake lenders and I don't even like showing up in the same arena as them.  

If not, are we talking about a few ants when it gets hot outside or is it anything near an infestation?

I live in an area infested with deer.

I see the issues and the people living on the street, but when the city goes and cleans up a drug infested, child sex traffic, danger to society camp with 100 people living there, the social workers are there offering all the things people need to get off the street.

Just curious if anyone has found a way to combat fleas in off market properties from infesting you as well?
