Sometimes structure is pretty goofy, I have found a number of doors or windows without anything resembling a header and front or back porches falling apart but if you address them and fixthem correctly you are doing pretty good.

@Aron Roytenberg, it appears there are a few Headers that are part of the BP community.  

Start it 42" off the floor and run it up to your (new) header.

Your table will need a header for each parameter, and it sounds like you could use a drop down list for a number of them.

What did it say for header?

As the header indicates, I had to broaden the search to 0.5 miles and sold within 12 months.The "On the market now" were current as of the date of the analysis.We're currently in a wild seller's market.  

I think I misled in my header.

If someone takes a header on my investment property, I don't want them to be able to go after me personally.
