I have used the Allure grip strips and they work well (and are waterproof) but sometimes don't fit tight on each seam, sometimes the seam glues let go and you get pop-ups (I have seen this on uneven spots of the under floor), and if you have to pull them apart for any reason they really don't want to stick back together again.

Best methods I've found to do that is to use an awl and place it through the staple and pry up (but often the crown will shear) and/or a good pair of vice grips with a radius upper jaw... clamp onto the staple and roll back onto the radius jaw.
