The title policy is not that expensive in the grand scheme of things.

Purchased the property in 2021 on an awesome owner finance note with the intention of starting the build quickly thereafter.We had, what I thought was, a great quote in hand to throw up a pole barn and start our journey towards financial freedom with a grand slam of an investment.

A "few bucks" here and there is nothing in the grand scheme of what you should to be look to getting.Just my two cents. 

I've stopped doing any business in Oakland - had my car broken into twice which in the grand scheme is minor compared to being assaulted and held up at gunpoint.

While not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, it does create delays and more items that I have to keep track of, that aren't actually productive.I understand a repeat customer may get priority treatment, it's when a desire to keep that customer happy by overlooking existing problems that come up later, occur.

I currently own properties in Metro Detroit, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids.
