@Chris Hutchens I'm an air Force vet finishing my degree at Texas State before moving back to San Antonio!

I have family members who started in REI (to varying degrees of success) and have always wanted to enter in myself. 

Anyone have thoughts on moving the two thermostats to the hallway, putting them on my phone for monitoring via wifi with a lock of of xx degrees, and including it in the rent?

If anyone plans on doing short term rentals to some degree or building additional living space, then this is imperative. 

And you'd be throwing the "book" back at Congress :) Us CPAs/EAs do as well (some more than others), I personally have a Master's degree in the field with a focus in tax on top of my CPA if that tells you education levels required.

There are a few Duluth or Superior based folks active in the forums with varying degrees of regularity.  

Taking out MORE debt, with MORE cost of debt is like saying you got 2nd degree burn so let's go to the beach.... 

I don't have a degree, I don't study markets daily, and I certainly don't hob-knob with the elites that control what is controllable.
