Perfect storm for this tract eh?!  

In a suburb just outside of Austin, this means most families are travelling around 30 minutes for entertainment.I'm considering selling the tract of land that I own to use those proceeds to pick up a larger parcel not too far away. 

In search of mortgage lender that gives grant $ for buying in a low-moderate income "census tract" (geo region that is poorer than middle class).

Ok so here we go first off this is in Louisiana and our laws tend to be a little different from other states.An individual owns two pieces of land, one small tract with a mobile home and a larger tract behind where they keep livestock. 

This includes employment income and any qualifying rental incomeLow income tracts no longer trump the income limit, and it was 100% of the AMI before, which was $84K.

The loophole was closed.The way it plays out in California:95% LTV FHLMC Home Possible caps your income at 80% of census tract median income (as of a few weeks ago).

Financing got significantly harder in the last 7 months as @Jake Fugman mentioned the HomePossible program going away, but I have found great luck financing through Huntington Bank in these "low to moderate income tracts" where they can give you back roughly $5,000 at closing, including FHA deals. 

Happy to be on this deal.I am looking for comparable land sales to know what sell it for but find none like this tract. 

The property is 10,216sq ft and is located in a desirable tract originally built in the 1970's.

It found that, between March 2012 and March 2013, "home values around likely Facebook employees climbed 21 percent, compared to 17 percent in all other Bay Area census tracts."
