@Julian IllingworthLooks like a good cash flower but I agree with @Aaron Montague that the maintenance and capex looks light.

When I asked her permission to check out the back yard and garage, she said "OK, but watch the flowers."  

That said, we have a contract in place that allowed for some allowances for certain activities like flowers/beautification in the front lawn of $1000.

I stacked hay, drove tractor, balers, seeders, and other farm implements, broke horses, trained race horses, jockeyed, trimmed trees, shoveled snow, worked at several gas stations, painted houses, painted coal dredges, security guard, roto tilled yards, planted flowers and gardens for folks, raked leaves/yardwork, eventually worked oil field when it was booming, even crawled in tunnels installing coaxial cables and fiber optics, loaded explosives in seismic testing holes, eventually a lawyer, and landlord. 

@Latrece Flowers my main goal is to buy & hold enough properties to net cash flow $5,000 per month. 

Add some dark mulch along the flower garden in front of the porch and steps for some contrast. 

I was doing a repair on one of our houses and noticed the tenants had put in flowers and some other bedding plants plus decorative mulch in some areas.
