As someone in the senior homecare industry I can't tell you how often I've witnessed the effects of aging, the lack of control over one's inability to function independently, the fears whether realized or not that this population live with.

Don't play from a position of fear.

But, many times the children do not want their parents' name dragged through the mud of foreclosure lawsuits or foreclosure notices, and are also fearful that it might affect their inheritance in any other assets, such as cash or other real estate. 

"When others are fearful be greedy and when others are greedy be fearful." 

My fear with a shooting range is that it likely is much more persistent than plane noise and that you may have a low occupancy.  

Fears that come up for me are 1.

I've final taken the first step to realize financial freedom. Spent the past 4yrs reading, studying and listening to podcast on realestate investing. No action taken until now. I'm anxious but excited at the same time...

And the only reason people are doing that is because the fear mongering the agents were starting, telling one customer to another and the train just keeps going. 

Choosing location out of town has its own obstacles I fear.
