Now you live there and want to be in the low end rental game and run it like a business I get that.. but for someone who just thinks they can buy one or two of these and they are going to realize some great return on investment that history has proven to me time and again is just a fantasy and the only one who makes money is those selling these. because it certainly is not the investor ..
