I'm wondering if anyone has experience adding a fire escape to a similar property?

For an escape clause, it will be very difficult to find a tenant willing to sign something where they plan on moving but are fine with having it pulled out from under them last minute. 

Obviously it is code to have the ability to escape both bedrooms in the event of fire, but could this be mitigated by a sprinkler system or is this effectively a 6 unit apartment building?

Ultimately Real Estate is both my Business Partner and my passion ,plus I can never escape it though growing up since that's all my family did and ironically my husband's Aunt is into real estate sooo needless to say I couldn't escape it if I wanted to lol.

I have heard and experienced that guests want the cabin experience and to feel they are escaping from reality back to a time when life was simplier.

It pains me to read the harsh criticisms of my profession, but there is no escaping the truth.

For my wife and I the key frugality has been:-we drive inexpensive cars (Yaris, Escape, both older and used)-RARELY eat out at restaurants-one vacation per year- and it's camping within a day's drive from home (and we already have the gear)-small affordable home (bought in 2012 at the bottom of the market- that was just lucky timing)-0 use of credit cards-and hard work to boost earnings That last one isn't so much frugality- but has been the biggest key to saving for us.

Tenants are learning more and more of this procedure (and are even shown a video preempting rent court how to do so) and utilizing it in order to escape judgements and eviction.
