I wish I could give you a quick and easy answer but that is just not how my brain works lol!!!!

I would recommend calling the city building dept, they are easy to get in touch with and a lot more helpful than other municipalities in the area.

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

It's pretty easy to get suckered into a bad out of state deal because others want to make a quick buck, and you'll be left holding the bag.
