As far as myself, I have been apart of the South Eastern Virginia Chapter of NARPM for 6 Years and as of January 1st, I switched up to the Virginia Peninsula NARPM Chapter to help them grow.  

I have also looked at Eastern PA (East Stroudsburg, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre) where prices are more affordable and cash flow numbers look better, but I am concerned about the economy, declining population, and vacancy rates. 

We are both former Marines and we just started our business hear in eastern NC (New Bern/Jacksonville to be more specific).

I would highly recommend seeing mortgage broker Peter Defusco at first eastern mortgage in Westport.

I found one multi-family in eastern WA I hope to close on in February.
