GD (Good Day) Curt Bixel, I see it this way...Not every tenant/tenants who lives in bad area isn't bad person or bad people (he/they is/are just stuck) ...I believe tenant/tenants should be given "Benefit of Doubt"...For example...What "IF" you had found property in nice area and installed nice kitchen furnishings to later discovery that nice tenant/tenants destroyed installed nice kitchen furnishings?
