At the time of this experiment I was fortunate enough that I didn’t really need the monthly rentals for anything other than boosting my savings, so I thought I might as well get myself all the way to six months if only to see what other discoveries I could make along the way.

Too many beginners shoot first and ask questions later: (Don't assume the worst and ask discovery questions first for clarification.

Ideally it is remarkable and the reality is it is still in price discovery mode with no margins of safety however all the history has shown it is less safe to not own by many many multiples. 

So much of this multi-step discovery process in the financial space feels like a bait-and-switch. 

I was speaking to a guy in France, just outside of Bordeaux France and while I was on the phone he went into his cupboard and grabbed a drinking glass and BOOM there it was ;) That was my most exciting discovery because I was actually surprised it had the stamp.

In addition, you can file a discovery motion to compel the social security administration to tell you who his employer is as well... so even if the guy turns into a ghost, he likely has to keep working somewhere and you can pursue him!

It is a thing I have heard much over the years, questioning if I posses any ego what-so-ever, told it's as if I get excited over discovery of a failing.

GD (Good Day) Curt Bixel, I see it this way...Not every tenant/tenants who lives in bad area isn't bad person or bad people (he/they is/are just stuck) ...I believe tenant/tenants should be given "Benefit of Doubt"...For example...What "IF" you had found property in nice area and installed nice kitchen furnishings to later discovery that nice tenant/tenants destroyed installed nice kitchen furnishings?

Unfortunately, this was more of a recent discovery and we are just one year into our 30-year mortgage on a $349k 2 bed 2 bath condo.
