Drive Uber, buy cheap stuff on Craigslist and fix it up and re-sell it, learn some basic carpentry and learn to build adirondack chairs and sell them...just brainstorming money making ideas.Get debts paid off, get a basic credit building credit card. 

Expand your network by talking to attorneys (as @Sam Shueh suggested) and funeral directors. 

The original vinyl was an off grey brick pattern and the new  vinyl that was replaced, under a table area where chairs had ripped the floor, was a greenish yellow flower pattern..It was awful. 

I´d venture to say that if you decide against making the offer, you´ll be sitting in that chair for several more mornings wishing you had done it.

Does the loose lay no glue vinyl sheet stand up to kitchen chairs being slid/scooted in & out from the table while still sitting on them?

Also, there was a chair attached to a structure attached to two trees.

We have a place near us called Cigars International, where you can buy your cigar and smoke it right there in the building while sitting on comfy chairs.

She gets to socialize with kids and adults more than kids that are strapped down to a chair all day surrounded by other kids listening to a lecture.
