To connect with investors you will have to move beyond just digital - you will have to connect as much as possible on the phone and face-to-face.

Dig deep for online reviews, Better Business Bureau and their State Real Estate Board, etc.- Do be open-minded though as we have many of the above from tenants who claim we illegally evicted them (so, somehow we got a signed Write illegally?)

If you’re saying the exact same thing to every seller, you’re probably missing opportunities to connect and provide real value.
